Hello, I'm April! I am a hairstylist based in Rural Idaho and have over 20 years of experience in the industry. After a fulfilling chapter as a Cosmetology/Barber Educator, I am now returning to my roots. My experience has allowed me to perfect my customer service skills and master every aspect of my craft while incorporating wellness into our lives. This could be through the power of touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, or an honest compliment. Cancellation Policy
Wild Rose Hair charges a 15% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment .
* Cancellation Policy
I require a minimum of 48 hours notice to Cancel : Any Chemical Service Appointment.
I allow a 24 hour notice for any other service.
* Missed Appointments
If A client fails to cancel their appointment and NO-Shows.
1st time is unable to book online and will be required to contact myself to schedule an appointment. Which , I will require a 50% payment of the requested service fee’s.
After appointment is completed I will open the clients ability to book online.
2nd time: I will block online booking indefinitely .
* Late Arrivals
If clients are habitually late, I will enforce my cancellation policy and will only schedule if paid in advance.
* Thank You
I understand that emergencies and life comes up . The best policy is to contact me, text me, call me just simply inform me that you’re going to be late or have to cancel at last minute.
